我要如何实现我这个梦想呢，我认为想要成为一名优秀的心理医生必须具备以下几点：

一、学识渊博，要善于观察，有极高的洞察力，只有这样的通过一些小细节来诊断患者生病的原因；

二、要有足够的耐心；

三、口才也很重要，但和患者沟通时用非常高超的口才，与患者进行交流，深入患者内心；

四、学习能力要好，接受能力要强；

五、英语要学好。英国和美国的心理方面有造诣非常深的书籍，只有英语好了，才能看懂这些书籍。

总之，我要从现在开始努力学习，多阅读一些心理方面的书籍，培养自己的耐心，提高自己的学习能力、接受能力和英语水平。我想我一定要开始努力了，虽然培养、学习的过程将会是枯燥、艰难的，但这是我所喜爱，我所在意，我所愿意为之奋斗的东西。
